Project overview

Pacific Compound

"Pacific Compound" is a coastal residential estate organized across several buildings rather than a single structure. The site includes a primary ocean-facing residence, a theatre building, a guest house, landscaped grounds, and a dedicated recreation area.

The engineering scope defines a 556 kWh battery system with 48 kW of power capacity, coordinated across an 800A service and 144 controlled loads. Battery equipment is planned for the guest-house garage. The design keeps equipment access, multi-building distribution, load priorities, site conditions, and permitting responsibilities visible before installation decisions are finalized.
